Job Description: Summary: The Administrative Rep - Base Operator operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls and handles base operations for store. Good phone voice and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: - Operates switchboard to make connections and relay calls - Supplies information to callers and records messages - Keeps record of calls received - Performs clerical duties such as sorting mail, light typing, making copies, faxing - Provides outstanding customer service via the telephone - Assist in special projects for Store Administration - Other duties may be assigned Requirements: - Switchboard experience preferred - Ability to multi-task essential - Ability to handle a high volume of varied work and juggle multiple tasks - Must be self motivated and able to work independently - Ability to work flexible schedules (days, evenings, and weekends) - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to handle stressful situations - Accuracy - Value diversity 02-2004
