POSITION SUMMARY: Provides administrative support in Behavioral Health. Functions to ensure compliance with the requirements of third-party payers and assist with ongoing quality improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 12 months clerical experience required.
- Must possess strong customer service skills/interpersonal interactions, ability to handle difficult and angry people constructively, excellent computer skills with experience in Word, Excel and Power Point and good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Three years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment and working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
