Knowledge of computer software, hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems.
- Great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail and learn our in house software/hardware networking.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, software applications, network connectivity and mobile equipment.
- Excellent verbal skills to effectively communicate technical solutions to users.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems including Linux systems.
- Experience with computer networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with firewall configurations and security protocols.
- Excellent diagnostic & problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
