We are seeking Janitorial/Groundskeepers to join our team to perform janitorial and groundskeeping services in Kenner, LA! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Ideal candidates should have a clean background, drug-free, and be able to communicate with the public in a friendly and professional manner when needed. Candidates should also have a valid driver's license. We are hiring for Afternoon and Overnight shifts. Candidates may be asked to work weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Keep premises in a clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and operating a pressure washer
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
