What You’ll Do:
- Process Improvement: Analyze and streamline business processes across departments, focusing on maximizing efficiency and effectiveness as we scale rapidly.
- Work Across Teams: Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of process changes.
- Lead Projects: Take charge of exciting process improvement projects, working with tools like Asana to keep things on track.
- Drive Technology Solutions: Work closely with technology systems (CRM, ERP, Project Management Software) and bring your knowledge of programming or automation to help streamline operations.
- Continuous Learning: You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, helping us implement Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies to drive change.
What We’re Looking For:
- Analytical Skills: You’re a natural problem-solver with a sharp analytical mind and experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
- Business Systems Knowledge: You understand CRM, ERP, and workflow management tools and can leverage them to optimize operations.
- Communication Pro: You’re great with people and can work cross-departmentally to bring ideas to life and ensure smooth transitions.
- Project Management: If you have experience leading or managing projects, that’s a big plus. You’ll be using tools like Asana to keep everything organized and efficient.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
