We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Manager to become a part of our team. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and play a fundamental role in aiding our Crew. Your primary responsibility will be:

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming warehouse product.
• Work with internal order management system.
• Scan, complete, and organize incoming paperwork.
• Work with our office personnel to complete documents.
• Work with our Scheduling department.
• Use time and resources in the most effective manner.
• Data Entry.
• Answer the phone.
• Other duties as requested

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Spreadsheet
• Ability to work closely with team members as well as independently
• Strong phone presence
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Desired Experience

• Experience with ConnectWise Manage
• Experience with scheduling / logistics
• Administrative Experience
