Central Texas 4C is hiring for a Teacher Assistant in our preschool classroom located in Temple. This position is working Monday through Friday, 8-4. Qualified candidates must have one years' experience working with preschool age children in a licensed facility. This position requires a CDA in preschool age children or coursework in early childhood.

Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities for preschool children.
- Support classroom management by helping to maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and execute lessons that promote child development.
- Provide individualized support to students based on their needs and abilities.
- Assist in the supervision and care of children during various activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $12.50 per hour
