Skills and Abilities
- Type and email correspondence both internal & external regarding the status of a file
- Attention to detail; self-motivation is a must
- Basic understanding of a real estate purchase
- Organized with a systematic approach to achieve accuracy and efficiency
Duties
- Provide clerical support during opening, maintaining, and closing of real estate property transactions in an office environment
- Assist Escrow Closer with day-to-day functions, including but not limited to communication via phone & email support to buyers, sellers, real estate agents & lenders, and internal communication with other departments
- Provide excellent customer service in fast paced environment
Qualifications
- High School diploma, some college preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in title or mortgage lending preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
