What You’ll Do:

• Greet Clients: Welcome clients with a smile and ensure they feel at home from the moment they walk in.
• Manage Appointments: Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
• Client Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Support Our Team: Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks, ensuring the clinic runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
