Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will be working directly with the CV Operations Manager and Coordinator. Onboarding is essential and allows for CV to provide its unique services. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on new customers and CV Smart Partner communication.
You will assist with gathering technical data and scope of work details and in many instances input these details into our internal software. This will include communicating via video and or conference calls, emails, and CV customized intake forms. CV has a diverse set of customers and partners which is exciting but requires laser focus and strict attention to detail. Organizational skills are a must!
When time permits, you’ll assist with compiling forensic details to aid our investigations teams while completing video investigations into crimes, vandalism, criminal mischief, and trespassing to name a few. You may also find yourself assisting with staffing when employees call off or CV is shorthanded.
You should expect this position to evolve into much more as CV continues to grow year after year.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum High School Diploma required; College Degree/AA preferred.
A people person with an outgoing personality.

A great communicator
Professional
Knowledgeable with software such as Sales Force, Excel, and Outlook, with a basic computer understanding.
Must pass a Drug Test and have NO criminal felony record.
