- Serve as a platform expert in Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP and other products (CJA, Target, AJO)
- Architect and design Adobe target technical solutions to drive multi-touch/multi-channel marketing, defined by the buyer s journey Provide deep domain expertise in technology stack, and data infrastructure, with a broad knowledge base in digital marketing. Strategize, architect, and document a scalable RTCDP implementation, tailored to client business needs
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead technical delivery; provide guidance to Data Engineers
- Provide deep domain expertise in client business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, applying a broad knowledge base in digital marketing
- Provide consulting and roadmap for website optimization and customized experience strategies.
- Support the implementation of proper data governance
- Strategize, architect, and create approaches for scalable CDP implementation, tailored to client business needs;
- 6-8 years' experience in digital marketing; enterprise marketing software experience preferred.
- 7 years of experience architecting and building data pipelines
- 3 years of experience working in an agency environment; strong consulting, client-facing skills
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP and CJA, including creating schemas, ingesting data from a variety of sources, configuring identity resolution, and connecting destinations for activation.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as GCP
- Experience working with data warehouse solutions such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.
- Experience with marketing automation tools a plus
- Strong communicator with all levels of
- leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships
- Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a great storyteller who can utilize structured arcs of communication with data, value propositions, and visualizations
