• OpenText Directory Services

• OpenText Extended ECM

• Consultation and solution architecture knowledge on the platform products

Experience Required 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities

• To provide day-to-day technical support for OpenText application 

• Liase with offshore and nearshore teams

• Ensuring system availability

• Liase with business and IT contacts

• Knowledge for Rest API, Web services, Java, SQL Server desired competencies

• Development knowledge on .NET, MVC platforms to support the service customizations

• Integration platform expertise with Niche technologies like KOFAX Total Agility
