Our company is seeking bright, articulate and dynamic Dental office receptionist to join our growing team.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team who understands dynamics of a dental office and must have prior experience of handling insurance and treatment planning in a dental office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all patients, answering incoming calls, and managing the daily operations of the dental front desk. Must be a team player as we are a growing dental office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a professional demeanor. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Must have experience with insurance claim handling
• Must be able to present treatment plan to the patients
• Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage the appointment scheduling system.
• Maintaining and handling schedule for the dentists.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Dental Terminology: 2 years (Required)
• Dental office: 2 years (Required)
• Dentrix/open dental: 2 years (Required)
