Job Description
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), your job description will include:
1. Implementing behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
2. Providing one-on-one behavior therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
3. Collecting data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
4. Assisting in the assessment and evaluation of clients' skills and behaviors.
5. Collaborating with the BCBA and other members of the therapy team to develop and implement treatment goals.
6. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and their families.
7. Participating in regular supervision and training to improve your skills and knowledge in the field of applied behavior analysis.
