Centro is a specialty distributor and sales representative company located in Memphis, TN with locations throughout the southeast. The company is organized into seven product-focused divisions that provide services to control or monitor the flow of materials in the manufacturing process. Centro has a large outside sales organization supported by branch locations and inside salespeople, with two websites for corporate and eCommerce purposes.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at Centro, Incorporated in our Little Rock, AR location. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks such as quote and order entry, technical suppory, application specification, and providing excellent customer service to clients in various industrial industries.
Qualifications
Previous
- Inside Sales and Technical Support skills. Industrial distribution experience is a plus
- Customer Service expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems. Infor SXe or CSD is a plus
- Ability to support industrial customers with application support of products such as, but not limited to, instrumentation, valves, liquid filtration, pumps, electric heat trace, steam traps, and blowers
- Solid grasp of mexhanical, electrical, and pneumatic processes in an industrial environment
