**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all customers, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.

- **Parts Management:** Oversee the ordering, tracking, and management of parts inventory, ensuring timely and accurate handling of received and returned parts.

- **Work Scheduling:** Coordinate with technicians to efficiently schedule service work, balancing workloads and meeting customer needs.

- **Mechanical Expertise:** Use your automotive knowledge to assist customers and support technicians, offering accurate information and recommendations.

- **Computer Proficiency:** Utilize computer systems effectively, including Windows, for managing orders, scheduling, and communications. Quick and accurate typing skills are essential.

- **Order Management:** Handle service orders from start to finish, ensuring every detail is accounted for and the process runs smoothly.

- **Organizational Excellence:** Maintain detailed records, manage schedules, and keep the counter area organized and efficient.

- **Follow-Up & Follow-Through:** Ensure all tasks are completed with precision, following up with customers and technicians to ensure satisfaction and service completion.
