Job Title: Licensed Nursing Home AdministratorLocation: Waldorf, MD, 20602Duration: 5 week contractShift: 8:00am - 4:30pmGuarantee Hours: 40 per week Note: Primarily M-F. Some weekends may be required. MUST be licensed in order to be appliedOverviewResponsible for managing and leading a nursing home facility to ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.
ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversee day-to-day operations.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.
Manage finances and budgeting.
Develop and train staff for professional competence.
Foster positive community relations.
QualificationsLicensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
Proven healthcare administration experience.
Strong regulatory knowledge and leadership skills.
