Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Elkins, WV
Payrate: $39/hourly
Duration: 40 Weeks Contract
Contract Length: 9 week

- Provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
- Perform routine medical procedures and document patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Valid LPN license
- Previous experience in a clinical setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to various healthcare facilities as needed.
- Updated Resume
- License/certificate
- Driver’s License
- BLS/ CPR
- Covid card
