Job Title: LPN / LVN (Nursing)
Location: Rochester, NY
Payrate: $45/hourly
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 36 Hours
"Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility."6p-6a
MUST have acute experience- They have to have telemetry experience, maintain an independent patient assignment including IV management as well do their own assessments and lab work.

Responsibilities
- Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility.
- Document patient care, treatment, and observations accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving patients.
