Location: Longview, WA
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Guarantee Hours: 40
Shift Type: 8hr Day
Pay Rate: $51/hr
"Your pay is based on whether you are in a local or travel position. A travel position is defined as residing more than 50 miles from the facility."
- Outpatient Experience is preferred.

- Will accept New Grads? Yes
- Will accept First Time Travelers? Yes
- Float to other clinics: No
- Patient Population: outpatient ortho
- 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
- OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle changes to enhance recovery and prevent further injury.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain and manage physical therapy equipment and resources.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, standards, and policies.
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Certificate/License for the state applying - Required.
