Pay Rate: $2340 Weekly

Unit: ER/ED

Shift: 12 Hours; Nights, 7.00p – 7.30a

Schedule: 36 hours / week guaranteed, Any 3 shifts per week, EOW and No-call

Position Requirements:

• Current ER/ED Nursing experience: 2 years - Required
• Cerner experience – Highly Preferred
• Prior travel experience: Highly preferred

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN – Required
• BSN – Highly preferred
• RN License for State of New Hampshire or Compact - Required
• BLS, ACLS Certifications from AHA - Required
• ENPC, PALS Certifications - Highly preferred

Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of professional nursing care in assigned units (ER/ED)
• Must assess and identify patient problems/needs, establish a plan of care, implement interventions, and evaluate and revise the patient plan of care based on patient progress.
• Supports organizational efforts to continuously improve patient satisfaction scores.
• Performs and documents the physical and psychosocial assessment of patients.
• Treats co-workers with courtesy and respect. Actively works to strengthen interdepartmental relationships.
• Provides comfort the patients and families, including prompt and effective nursing management.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice.
• Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4
