Pay Rate: $34/hr

Duration: 13 weeks contract

Shift: 10hr Day

Guarantee Hours: 40

• F/T LPN
• Must have Dialysis experience. Able to work independently in a fast pace environment. Flexible, strong communication skills, adaptable and willingness to work with other, dependable and punctual.
• M-Sat. 5:15a-10p (must be flexible to work between these hours)
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
• Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN or LVN license in New York State.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
