Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Summary: Provide nursing care to women during labor, childbirth, and the postpartum period, ensuring both mother and baby's health and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor.
• Assist with childbirth procedures and provide emotional support.
• Assess and manage postpartum recovery and newborn care.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth and infant care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

• RN licensure.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Certification in Obstetric Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions: Hospitals or birthing centers. Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required.
