Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings on a temporary basis.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient health status and vital signs.
• Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Report patient conditions and changes to supervising RNs or physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and instructions.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state(s) of assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations for temporary assignments.
• Flexibility and adaptability to various healthcare environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

• Proficiency in administering medications and providing basic nursing care.
• Ability to accurately monitor and record patient information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
