Position Name: Travel Registered Nurse - Home Health

Contract Length:13 weeks-Accepting Local and Travel Candidates

Pay Rate: Local-$1800 & Travel-$1980 weekly (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Unit: Home Health

Shift: 8 Hours; Days, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm

Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 8-hr x 5 shifts per week, Monday - Friday. On-call during evening and weekend may be required

Registered Nurse: 1 years - Required

Home Health Nursing experience: Recent/Current, 1 year Required

Home Health compliance experience - Required

Travel experience - Highly preferred

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

ASN or an equivalent Required

BSN or an equivalent Highly preferred

RN License for State of OK or Compact - Required

AHA BLS, NIHSS Certifications - Required

AHA ACLS - Highy preferred

Job Description

Provides quality patient care in the home setting utilizing the nursing process

Accomplishes indirect patient/office related work in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Home Health Department.

Completes SOC, ROC, Recerts, and collaborates with Interdisciplinary team members to accomplish patient care goals.

Completes patient documentation and charting in a timely manner
