Job Title: Sr. Technical Lead

Location: Washington. DC

Responsibilities:

• Primary/Focal Point-of-Contact (POC).
• Responsible for leading the production, modification, and maintenance of websites and web application user interfaces.
• Works with stakeholders and web design team to capture and develop requirements into working websites.
• Demonstrate knowledge of website design integrated with FCC’s other services, making sure websites are optimized for user experience and conversion ensuring FCC information architecture is carefully considered.
• Keeps up to date with the latest web design technologies and techniques to provide them for inclusion within FCC website creation.
• Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the web team.
• Assist in critical support issues using experience to ascertain the issue, lead the generation of ideas and proposed solutions, and develop the appropriate resolution.
• Oversee the technical strategy and implementation of FCC internal development stream activities ensuring they apply applicable Federal and FCC standards.
• Provide strategic and technical advice for FCC web projects.

Requirements:

• 3 years of leading a web team.
• Drupal experience
• Experience with website management & development, PHP programming, website infrastructure and architecture, and database management
