Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. LPN’s work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to respond to a wide range of physical, psychological and social needs of the patient.

Pay ranges from $31 - $38 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN license or ability to obtain license
• Current CPR
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Shifts run from 5:30 am – 6:00pm, three shifts a week, rotating weekends
