Century 21 Connect Realty is seeking a creative and talented Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms to drive user interaction and increase followers.
- Manage all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to keep the company and real estate agents at the forefront of industry developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Create presentations, print and digital materials.
Experience:
- Proficiency in content management systems for scheduling posts and analyzing performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with typesetting and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML5 is a huge plus.
