We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Property Inspection Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of rental properties, including assessments for asset condition, rent readiness, move-outs, repairs, and cleaning. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating comprehensive inspection reports, documenting property details with photographs within our software programs, and interacting professionally with property owners, as well as current and prospective tenants.

$15 - $20 hourly

1. On-site Property Inspections:

• Conduct inspections of rental properties to evaluate asset condition, rent readiness, move-out processes, repairs, and cleanliness.
• Perform detailed assessments and document findings accurately.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Create comprehensive inspection reports detailing property conditions, required repairs, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure all documentation, including photos, is organized and filed appropriately using our software.

3. Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with property owners to discuss inspection results and recommended actions.
• Interact professionally with current and prospective tenants during inspections.
• Interact professionally with C21 team members.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all inspections are conducted in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, photos, and related documentation.

5. Recommendations and Follow-up:

• Provide recommendations for property improvements and repairs to enhance overall property value.
• Follow up on recommended actions to ensure timely completion.

6. Customer Service:

• Address tenant inquiries and concerns related to inspections with professionalism and empathy.
• Work collaboratively with property management teams to address and resolve issues.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess property conditions accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in creating detailed reports and documentation.
• Ability to travel to various properties within the assigned area.
• Familiarity with working in the field or office setting.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• This position requires regular travel to different properties within the assigned area.
• Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate property inspection schedules.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
