CENTURY 21 Sundance Realty is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Near Daytona Beach, FL
Part time admin needed for Daytona Beach real estate office. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
*Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
*Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
*Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and mailings.
*Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
*Support office operations with administrative tasks.
*Prioritize and organize tasks to ensure smooth office flow.
Work hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM- 1PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
Work Location: In person
