Century 21 is Hiring a Residential rental property management team member HIRING NOW Near Union, TN

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Residential Rental Property Management Team Member to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the property owners. You would be working with 2 other team members to accomplishing all aspects of running a rental office. Would like experience in this field or experience in a field similar. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm - 5 day a week
Responsibilities:
  • Rent properties to renters, prepare lease, explain lease and company expectations to prospective renter.
  • Keep records and status of each owner's accounts.
  • Receive and post payments to owner's accounts
  • Find and inform renters of late payments. (Collections)
  • Schedule repairs and follow up until repairs are completed
  • Ability to understand and fullfill owner's instructions
  • Ability to be a team member
  • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
