Our facility provides residents with a full range of long-term care and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of engaging social and recreational activities. LPN 3pm-11pm Monday- Friday (No Weekends/No On-call)

Qualifications:

• Required – Credentialed in NC with unencumbered Certification
• Preferred- Two years experience in a Long Term Care environment
• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software – PCC a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Working knowledge of Computers, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation

Compensation will determine upon years of experience.
