This role reports to the VP of Finance, oversees all aspects of financial management, and manages a team of three.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial management of Accounting department in collaboration with the VP of Finance
• Lead AP team and oversee purchasing, billing, collections, phone, credit card, and fuel card administration
• Collaborate with project managers to provide analysis and budget data
• Manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Process journal entries, general ledger, financial statements, and reports
• Prepare and provide analysis for financial statements, balance sheets, income and cash flow statements
• Collaborate with auditors, internal project managers, vendors, banks, etc
• File use tax returns, business license applications, and personal property returns
• Monitor daily cash activities and prepare bank reconciliations
• Prepare various cost reporting and assist with budgets

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting or Finance
• 3 – 6 Years Accounting Experience
• CPA Preferred
• Audit and Construction Experience a Plus
• Experience in Vista and Crystal Reports a Plus
