Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounting Manager/ Senior Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $150,000 per year.

Company DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
- Prepare all equity related accounting activity including stock-based compensation, equity rollforwards, and average share calculations.
- Serve as liaison with external auditors, internal auditors, financial planning and financial reporting teams.
- Assist in the determination of the accounting treatment, review all income statement and balance sheet activities
- Review corporate-level accounting activity including payroll and general & administrative expenses.
- Review property tax bills for reasonableness, oversee payment process, and calculate related expense.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 4-5 years of experience (Big 4 public accounting or publicly-traded organization).
- Knowledge of US GAAP; knowledge of real estate industry GAAP is preferred.
- Proficient of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
