Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring accuracy and providing training opportunities.
- Manage maintenance of payment processor accounts.
- Oversee daily reconciliations of credit card, virtual wallet, and non-cash payments, verifying accuracy between internal systems and processor reports.
- Generate monthly reports for management and monthly bank reconciliations, quarterly breakage entries, and collaborating with external consultants on unclaimed balances.???????
- Manage monthly bad debt allowance and chargeback analysis, distributing reports to stakeholders.
- Create schedules to support internal and external audits (SOX, financial, sales tax).
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office(Excel, accounting software's, and database)
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Effective communication is essential for managing teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
