In this role, you’ll provide essential support to both the Management Services entity and the Operating Companies. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $35 to $40 per hour.
Job Description:

• Collaborate with the treasury manager on the global implementation of the company’s accounts payable, purchase order, and expense system (SAP concur).

• Assume the lead administrator role for the system after the successful global concur implementation, overseeing its use across all operating companies and the management services entity.

• Support the treasury manager with daily tasks.

• Assist the controller in managing daily tasks for the management services entity, spanning both treasury and accounting functions.

• Safeguard system integrity to ensure accurate reporting.

• Cultivate positive relationships with various teams within management services and the corporate teams of our operating companies, fostering strong business partnerships.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and actively participate in special projects as needed.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, taking proactive steps to implement changes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
