Century Group has partnered with a non-profit who is seeking a Payroll Specialist. This is an onsite position located in Hayward. This is a temp to hire position. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.
Job Description:

• Collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours
• Calculating wages
• Preparing and processing employee payments
• Maintaining accurate payroll records
• Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
• Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time
• Posting Payroll Entry

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences

Experience:

• Paycom
• 2 years of Payroll experience
