We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic teamat our skilled nursing facilityin Susquehanna County.

The Staffing Coordinator is an essential part of our facility's team. Your responsibilities will consist of:

• Scheduling nursing staff

• Managing and scheduling agency staff

• Tracking agency hours

• Reviewing staffing patterns to maintain compliance with CMS regulations

• Recruit new staff and schedule interviews

• Assist with all phases of human resources within the facility including onboarding, orientation, employee relations training, employee data maintenance, payroll, benefits and termination procedures.

Requirements:
