We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic teamat our skilled nursing facilityin Susquehanna County.
The Staffing Coordinator is an essential part of our facility's team. Your responsibilities will consist of:
Scheduling nursing staff
Managing and scheduling agency staff
Tracking agency hours
Reviewing staffing patterns to maintain compliance with CMS regulations
Recruit new staff and schedule interviews
Assist with all phases of human resources within the facility including onboarding, orientation, employee relations training, employee data maintenance, payroll, benefits and termination procedures.
