Responsibilities:

• Conduct health checks of the Flexera One configuration and ensure operational effectiveness

• Enable and maintain Flexera integrations and APIs

• Support Flexera platform testing relative to Infrastructure change activities

• Participate in the continuous improvement of systematic controls for software asset management

• Maintain and manage inventory of Flexera FlexNet agents including lifecycle updates

• Maintain and manage Flexera beacon operational effectiveness

• Ensure data quality software asset inventory

• Engage and align stakeholders to optimize software demand

• Planning work in conjunction with IT and business priorities

• Liaising with partners and peers throughout the organization

Qualifications

• License Management, Software Compliance, and IT Asset Management skills
• Experience in Software Asset Management
• Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of software licensing agreements and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Software Asset Manager, Certified IT Asset Manager) are a plus
