CereCore is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN.ResponsibilitiesWhat are must-have desired traits/experiences that the Manager would most like to see?
  • Prior EMS, or EMS affiliated position experience. Technical background with EMS equipment, Vehicle tracking, CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) systems.
  • HL7 Interface/Integration
  • Is this position remote/onsite? - Onsite
  • Is there a dress-code/uniform for this position? Corporate casual
  • What is the planned work schedule for this contractor (work hours)? Daytime regular schedule. Over night on-call every six to eight weeks.
  • What is the interview process? (video, on-site, duration etc…) Phone, onsite/video with Team.
Provides development, subject matter expertise, and support for the Centralized Patient Logistics Center (PLC) related to multiple enterprise CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) systems. EMS Ground, Ambulance, Air Transport for the Enterprise experience preferred. Ensures adequate support for Transport applications and all integrations into potential systems, including coordination and assistance with the product implementation, issue resolution, and working with the appropriate ITG teams (e.g. Networking, Security, Cloverleaf, Clinical Systems, Client Support Services, DBAs, etc.), On-site Facility and appropriate Vendor application resources as necessary.
Major Responsibilities
  • Project Development
  • Provide Business Analysis support for the multiple enterprise CAD integrations and applications business including process flows, identifying pain points, feature gaps, future state development. EMS Ground, Ambulance, Air Transport experience preferred.
  • Provides expertise in process design and communicating requirements to product development, external solution providers, testing, and education/training
  • Act as a Product Analyst with multiple enterprise CAD systems with system Integrations, including requirements gathering, design, guiding development, and testing
  • Elicits and documents business, user, functional and non-functional requirements. Creation of requirements deliverables for Patient Logistics Centers related to multiple CAD systems.
  • Leads in requirements validation and feasibility analysis with respect to multiple regional CAD systems.
  • Create high level and detail design specification that will enable, help troubleshooting day to day build activities
  • Estimate work effort required in delivering multiple regional CAD features and capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Develop and support opportunities for Automation
  • Assist and guide the hardware infrastructure team (on-Prem and Microsoft Azure) in multiple regional/enterprise CAD systems Integration configuration/customization for different environments
  • Accurately report issues and status to project management
  • Possess knowledge and experience with different phases of testing (unit testing, integration testing, performance testing)
  • Possess excellent communication skills to interface with various stakeholders from business consumer to technical staff
  • Be incorporated into vendor development teams from design to deployment of enterprise services
  • Research and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the interaction of the Capacity Bed Management source systems as well as interaction with business users
Product Support
  • Lead troubleshooting activities
  • Is subject matter expert for assigned applications
  • Work on assignments involving the use of various technologies both Legacy and new application releases
  • Direct the performance of simple, moderate and complex troubleshooting / Maintenance assignments within the department. Expected to multitask
  • Able to establish and meet due dates
  • Provide after-hours/on-call support as needed
  • Able to build strong relationships within business owners, department and with other project team members
  • Looks for ways to improve how and what we develop and makes suggestions
  • Take ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals
Qualifications
  • EMS Ground, Ambulance, Air Transport experience preferred
  • Experience with Computer Assisted Dispatch systems. Communication technologies; Sonim XP10, Motorola Wave Radio, Mobile Device Management (MDM), etc.
  • Experience working in large Enterprise Application Saas Model systems
  • Experience with HL7 interfaces to applications
  • Experience with IT security requirements and compliance teams
  • Experience with reporting tools and data warehousing (Micro strategy, Qlikview etc.)
  • Able to succinctly communicate verbally and in a variety of media
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working with diverse and complex projects
  • Detailed oriented and analytical with good organization skills
  • Must have the ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong problem and issue resolution experience and create quality deliverables
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels within the organization
  • Highly motivated and be able to work independently with little supervision.
