POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented candidate to join our tight-knit Production/ Warehouse staff as a Delivery Driver. Full time, this is a five day a week position (Monday-Friday, ~7:30am-4:30pm) working out of Ceremony's Annapolis Roastery location. 

Your primary role involves loading and driving the delivery van, making accurate and on-time deliveries of our products to our internal cafes and wholesale customers. This position also requires providing excellent customer service during pick ups and deliveries. You may also assist with bagging and labeling coffee with other assigned duties such as loading coffee bins, and stocking shelves.

The right candidate maintains a professional-working appearance, drives carefully and courteously, and must have a clean driving record. An ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift over 60 lbs are prerequisites. We look for good employment history and positive references, alongside good communication skills, an ability to handle stress/change with grace, a willingness to cooperate and go with the flow, and of course, having solid core values (honesty, integrity, respect).
