The primary responsibility of this role is to provide customer service in support of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls; respond to customer inquiries and transfer calls as needed.
• Schedule customers for service.
• Perform general accounting functions.

Required Skills:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years' experience in customer service & accounting with progressive responsibilities
• Experience with Quick Books
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Calm demeanor with ability to empathize with customers and work to create solutions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to talk to various audiences including vendors, customers, insurance agents and internal office staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
