Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC supervisor to become a part of our team here in East Austin!
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors the maintenance of the community, including but not limited to minor repairs, grounds upkeep for common areas, paints structures, repairs sheetrock, repairs woodwork, repairs boilers, appliances, floor tile, and plumbing fixtures.
- Performs preventive maintenance, such as replacing air filters, cleaning vents, and schedule service providers to complete other required preventive maintenance, such as pest control and regular HVAC inspection.
Must be HVAC and EPA certified with supervisory experience.
