Job DescriptionCertified Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Operations department at a credit union that has earned the highest rating in the country for its Safety and Soundness. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Accurately perform transactions via telephone, mail or in person with a positive and sincere attitude. Discuss products and services offered at Certified Federal Credit Union and answer many different types of questions as they relate to members’ accounts. Solve issues for members with courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. Recognize fraudulent checks and counterfeit currency. Work efficiently and accurately.QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must possess outstanding telephone communication skills while demonstrating a positive, upbeat attitude. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule between 7am and 7pm. The candidate must also be able to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity. Previous cash-handling and telephone customer service with a financial institution preferred.
