Must Have Qualifications

1-5 Years field experience (underground experience preferred but not required).

Experience with private clients/projects

Construction Management (CM) or engineering background/degree

Must be able to thoroughly understand the scope of project through plans and project specifications.

Must be self-directed with good organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Must have strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Perform field engineering which may include: surveying, as-builts, reading blue prints, and manage REIs

Project Engineer should have functional computer skills for scheduling, quantities, take off and calculations.

Assisting Project Manager with estimating and bidding projects.

Assisting Project Manager with submittals, purchasing of materials, costing, production tracking and invoicing on projects.

Perform technical review of contract plans and specifications.

Provide oversight and documentation related to project quality control in accordance with the contract plans, specifications, and company policies and procedures. 

Preparing daily construction reports and progress tracking.
