Point Place Healthcare & Rehabilitation, owned and operated by Certus Healthcare, is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to join our amazing long term care team!
We offer full benefits starting after 30 days of employment, 401K with company match starting after 90 days of employment, tuition reimbursement and a competitive negotiable salary.
we are seeking someone with prior maintenance experience in an assisted living, nursing home or apartment complex maintenance management with a knowledge of how to maintain or repair common Maintenace items including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, general grounds maintenance, wall repair, etc.
We are interested in someone who:
- Has a background in maintenance
- Has experience in Long Term Care Environment
- Has knowledge of and can provide training on Life Safety
- Has experience supervising others
- Would enjoy maintaining the integrity of our community as well as assisting with resident’s maintenance needs
