Established Engineering Firm based in Clearwater FL is seeking a Project/Office Assistant.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, hardworking team-player who has strong organizational and client management skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist project managers in the successful completion of various projects
• Liaise with clients and other parties related to each project
• Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
• Track “to do” lists for each project to ensure items are completed
• Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits, deliveries etc.
• Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
