SummaryCetechs, a Small Business, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our
Team of professional under the leadership of our Program Manager
Team of professional under the leadership of our Program Manager
- Perform record keeping, reporting, and informational duties
- Compile, maintain, and update data, lists, and reports
- Gather and develop resource materials to support Real Estate Division programs
- Maintain bulletin boards and file information on projects and contracts
- Coordinate with GSA Management and Leasing Specialists to prepare, gather, and organize all required documentation for lease files and reports.
- Monitor and maintain records, extract information, and generate management reports
- Assist with software and hardware issues
- Respond to data input and verification requests
- Participate in special projects related to data management and integrity
- Receive and direct incoming calls
- Maintain time and attendance reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe
- Ability to learn GSA-specific software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in a government setting
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
