Cetechs, a Small Business, is seeking a Data Support Specialist to join our team of professionals under the leadership of our Program Manager.Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop statistical and marketing data/reports.
- Assist with data mining and preparing presentations for the Recruiting Command
- Produce and develop market share reports and queries in the Integrated Personnel and Pay System.
- Maintain historical reports, presentations, and data bases.
- Assist with maintaining the Recruiting Command Production Mission Master
- Create, produce, and maintain various Recruiting Command specific reports as it pertains to Accessions, Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) measurements, shippers, and Training Pipeline Losses.
- Coordinate reports for mapping reference Soldier information (present and historical)
- Assist in data mining and report for Commander Investigations Recruiter Impropriety investigations, and other leadership inquiries into forensic data.
- Develop, maintain and support multiple recruiting and personnel databases.
- Develop and implement processes to cross check the integrity of related databases and reports.
- Develop/maintain recruiting association reports based on zip code, county, recruiting company and recruiting region using iKROME reports.
- Produce/download/create various Force Structure Address, & Zip Code Realignment (FAZR) reports to include Recruiting Station Identification Designator (RSID) associations, station directories and zip code/RSID associations.
- Two to three years of Data support experience
- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Data entry skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as software applications relevant to area of responsibility
- Decision making and problem-solving skills
- Works independently; pays attention to detail
- Organizational and development skills
