Job DescriptionCetera Investments is currently seeking an Operations Associate for our Mutual Fund Operations in St. Cloud, MN. This is a unique opportunity to join our team and provide operational support and world-class customer service to our clients.

What You Will Do
- Process the daily trade files from our trade vendors
- Process any trade rejects, and notify appropriate parties
- Daily balancing of trades
- Processing Share class conversions
- Work with Supervisor on Audit items
- Respond to telephone inquiries from internal and external customers, including registered representatives, regarding account status, account changes, and processes.
- Perform research as requested on customer accounts.
- You will partner with other team members to ensure financial professionals experience consistent, high-quality customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of operations experience
- 1 years of experience with MS Office tools
- Previous experience in the Finance industry
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task while staying on track with regulatory deadlines, field inquiries, and internal assignments.
